What Gather Records Manages
Section titled “What Gather Records Manages”Gather Records supports medical records collection and review for surrogacy agencies and case managers. The prototypes cover two portal families:
- Admin portal: internal Gather staff and Master Admins managing agencies, billing, refunds, services, pricing, and operational oversight.
- Agency portal: external surrogacy agency users managing their cases, surrogates, billing history, invoices, receipts, and payment methods.
The prototype domain is gather.orchidux.com. The maintained prototype inventory lives in the Orchid UX Registry.
Current Product Areas Reflected In Mockups

Route Model
Section titled “Route Model”Direct prototype routes stay in the mockup app under /admin/*, /agency/*, and /ui/*. The project homepage redirects to the Gather Records-filtered UX Registry instead of maintaining a second local prototype catalog.
